On my friends computer and i think he had a virus that deleted his windows log in

Someone take a look at this and tell me what it means

I mean it starts up and all

It&#39;s just when it says welcome it takes a LONG time to load to the main part

He had a virus and i think it deleted the login thing, not sure though

He should be able to do a "repair" using the OS&#39; install disk.
