View Full Version : Castlevania initial reaction..

The game definetely has a Castlevania feel to it. Koji and his team really worked hard on this title. This game is a blast to play. Only gripe I have so far is I wish I could move the camera around so I could see the entire castle parts.

I also got Turtles today as well. This title is VERY questionable and kinda boring. It is very much like the arcade version 10+ years back. It has incredible graphics, but is very redundant and for what I have seen so far, it has very little replay value.

The court is still out on both these titles since I have not played them much yet. CV is so far living up to my expectations. It is tough though.

Just started playing about 30 min ago. This game is awesome. Much much better then that crap they released for the Nintendo 64. Haven't fought any minor/major bosses yet... :bawling: Maybe this weekend one of those bastids will taste my whip.

I do however, find myself enjoying turning on my 'fire feet' and running little flaming circles around a room full of skeletons.

The soundtrack CD the gave out is pretty kickass too. 28 songs of CV lovin&#39;.

Do you guys know if they have any plans on releasing this for other systems than the PS2? If not then I guess its about time for me to buy a PS2 because this Castlevania looks awesome.

lucky for you my local game store (called Game, dont think you have those in the USA) struck a deal with EA who set up to celebrate the fact that the store moved a few metres (they like their celebrations EA) and I got to stand in the rain playing SSX 3 for 3 hours on Peak 1....ok so it wasnt raining, it was indoors, but still it makes it sound better :)
