Pre closing jitters [Archive]

A week from today I sign on the line and drop 2.1 million on another hotel. I always have second thoughts and get clammy before I drop that kinda cash. Please wish me luck. :cool:

i wish 2.1 million would even cover a hotel around here !!

Thanks for the kind words but it isn't a huge hotel so that is why it is only 2.1 million. It still is a lot of money and I am just hoping that all will go well. :)

Well it will be another investment for my corporation which will allow me to combine my hotels for investment. So basically it will give me a chance to be mega rich from just rich. :) Where I live property is super expensive if you live on the ocean or bay.

Yup, but they are not public. I own 1/3 of all the company stocks but I will also inherit the other 2/3 as I am the only family member still ivolved in this business. Which will put everything in my name, eventually. ;)

Yeah, good luck! I've watched this hotel here go from one owner or firm to another and each one of them do well for a while and then they dump it. I think its location more then anything. I would like to see someone turn it into a profitable and successful place to stay.
