I am now level 23 and have been putting my things into Chants, Shield and Crush in that order. (My chants are level 23)

At what stage should I put points into parry?

Continue on the chants because at 30 you will be able to revive players.

The parry is important but you can worry about that later because even realm points and specs have selections for you to put them on.

Also you are closing in to24 lvl, so that would mean Bg1 you should be going.
You can go now if you like but at 24 is the limit of the realm wars on Bg1 and you would be consider by many groups to play with them to fight.

Now just to be sure make sure you ask mor questions about parry and what i just said ok.

Speak to Term or V98ci ok and if you want to know more about the Bg1, My brother knows a lot about that realm wars because he has been there many times.

Write to gollum or I can ask for you when i speak to him ok.

Be very careful to use your realm points because you need to be sure what will help you best for now as you move on.

EDIT: 24 is max level in BG 1.

I would think it would be to your advantage to keep doing what you are doing for now and worry about parry later. just keep your chants, shild and crush up. I could be wrong though. Ask a 50 paly or one of OoD pallys that are in their 40's.

The Battle Grounds are small RvR maps disigned for lower level players to get a feel for RvR. BG0 is for lvls 15-19, BG1 is for 20-24, etc. There is one central keep that the 3 realms battle for control of. each realm has there own portal keep on the outskirts of the map. to get there you buy a battlegrounds portal necklace from the merchant in Castle Sauvage, put it on and stand on the platform in Castle Sauvage, Takes up to 10 minutes to port there.

To get back there is a teleporter npc in your portal keep. right click on him.

Go for it Sauron it will be fun but would hope that many would be playing because most of the time at that lvl they play mostly to get lvl up.

My mistake i was meaning to say 20-24

She knows now because i spoke to her on TS.
