Nice but I hope you don't plan on adding anything to it in the future.

nice rig and key design for lan party.

your performance will boost by 10% or more once you utilize the 333x333 memory. I think the memory market will be dropping soon, them pick up 2 x 512MB cas2.5 or 2.0 ddr pc3200.

nice rig pure and good luck. i want to setup a similiar system for lans aswell.

Ummm. Is the video intigrated? If so, are you able to add a video card?

It has integraded video, but also a AGP 8 slot. When I spoke to Biostar, the tech said all you have to do is install the card and the on-board video is automatically dissabled, then just install the drivers and you're done. :w00t:

When I plugged in my old G-3 Ti 200 it took care of it perfectly, but the Sapphire ATI card I purchased had conflicts, so that's gone back and I went with another Nvidia.

I can't wait to bench mark it. ;)

Nice system Pure!! Smooth has a similar one. They are pretty cool but I really like my heavy Antec case even though it sucks for lanparty traveling.

look in your sunday paper, they probably have local computer stores
advertising. they should have complete shuttle systems for sale.
not suggesting you buy from them, but just to get a feel for the prices.
putting a system together is really easy (when everything works, which
is usually most of the time...) + you can ask us any questions.
we may not know everything, but at least we think we do... :D

:w00t: Got the Nvidia 5600 card today :jammin: :wootrock: :jammin:

Based on factory settings my benchmarks were:

2001 version- 8187 (almost doubled my old rig)

2003 version - 2304

Now I'm not sure how good or bad this is for my specs and I plan on upgrading the ram soon.

AMD 2500 "Barton" CPU- no OC
40 gig 7200 HD with 8 meg cache
Nvidia 5600 / 256 DDR ram
512 DDR 2100 ram
Biostar IDEQ 200V case and Mobo barebones kit
On-board Audio
Win XP home

nice pure evil!

It's for gaming only, so it should be fine. I have 40 on my old PC and it's not half full yet and it's 2 years old.
