Only takes about 10 minutes to get the breastplate(or whatever your class wears on his/her torso). Not sure if there is a level minimum. I know mid 40 peeps can get it.

Sure do. I went there got really confused and figured let me get to 50, get my epic armor then venture out there.

Hell. with this MP 102AF that you can get in ToA I bet a lot of people will not even bother getting their epic armor anymore. Epic is only AF100.
