Not too sure what to spend the points on now.

I am even with slash and shield with 15 crossbow and 15 parry.

Should I dump it into the Crossbow and parry or continue to build up shield and slash?

I don't think I would spend alot of xbow. You aren't going to be using it for much besides pulling mobs. I would focus on shield/parry if you're going defensive or slash/crush/thrust if you're going offensive.

I will probally end up getting 49 to 50 in slash and in Shield.
The left-overs I will put in parry.

Who that's exactly what i'm doing also. I stopped putting points in xbow at 10.
