View Full Version : GameMecca WAP site?

Would you guys be interested in a WAP version of GM? WAP is basically formatting a site to bare-bones text so that you can view it on cell phones and PDAs. Ever since I got my new next gen cell phone and have been surfing the web with it, I've noticed a real lack of WAP enabled sites and thought it would be cool to be one of the first gaming sites to do it.

If is is free and not much work I say go for it. But if it takes any of your time to maintain it or costs any money I would not bother IMO.

i don't have one of those, but I would love to see a bare bones site
which would have no graphics (except in posts) and minimal 'features'

I don't have a cell, or a PDA, so i don't really care. Would it include all of the current GM features?

I am thinking along the lines of Machine. I rather enjoy my 'robust user experience' on the PC, and I rarely use my cell for anything anyway, 'cept phone calls. I doubt that the demand will be there Sal, even though it is a pretty clever idea.

I don't see any reason why anyone would need it.

Waste of time in my opinion unless more people say that they have cell phones and would actually use it.
