You can create macros for actions that you do often. #2 is a macro to stick to a mob or another person. To create type /macro stick /stick
#4 is a macro to help someone, you may me in a group where someone says who is the MA which means 'main asset' basically this is used to make sure you help the main tank and aren't beating on a mob who may be mezzed.
To create type /macro assist /assist blaylock
(insert name of main asset) when you click it the mob that the main tank is targeting will be highlighted for you.

You can create macros to perform alot of useful tasks.

#3 is the bash style which is used to stun a mob for a few seconds. The highest one is level 44 shield which is Slam, which stuns a mob (or another person in RvR) for 8 seconds.
