me biggd's 2nd serious sam tounament

well i see alot of new people playing these days as if it has gotten a second well maybe 4th wind. i am curious if you would like me to set up another tournament like i used to do. this will be a one night event and a good way to represent your clan.


the merks have been on fire
cf--is an underestimated squad and will tear you up if you sleep or not accurate with shotty
grim reapers--exciting talent with many different skills
outlaws--yet the few that play still will jam the shotty in your arse
doa--yet some have left the team, they have some croutching fire and some fierce skills
villains--an explosive team so watch for loose granades
ds--for those that jump in a game once in awhile will tear you a new one.

If I may make a sugestion..... :unsure: The complaint I heard the most from the anniversary tourney was the maps used. Some groups got popular maps, some didn't. Not a big deal to most, but some were not 100% pleased. If you do a tourney, maybe you could make a poll with all the maps listed and then take the top maps for your tourney. :WTF: Just a thought ;)

tourney is held in the evening in America then that is
the early hours of the morning for Europe. With work
the next day that will be a problem.

A Saturday would be fine. I'll play anytime day or night
then.

for example next weekend :jammin:

for americans 8pm = europeans 2am

What maps though? I personally think that Yodeller is the fairest map(due to lack of spammers and places to hide). Second place would go to Fortress..and then maybe Little Trouble. I think these three would be cool.

Maybe the final could be in Compound. :D

yodeller fair? :blink: sure there isnt any spammers but about 50% of those frags are respawn ones from what've seen, even i feel guilty killing half of the ppl i do in that map when they just respawn infront of me :wacko:

I love little trouble.. The only level I won in the tournament..Most intense game I have ever played. All rockets too. :)

guys guys guys! this is a tournement! maybe we should have a little variation in there... something i like to call "Gold Maps"? i mean docking bay is perfect for a tourney, even that sun palace one, or maybe to mess things up a bit "Gone Hunting". Bigg has a huge success on his sholders from the last one, we should try to make this a tourney to remember, one that only comes along every so often, otherwise it might lose it's appeal over time if ya just use the same maps. It'll also be just plain interesting to see how everyone fairs in different maps fromthe ones in rotation right now :w00t:
