Ok Slayer, now I really understand why u are going to leave this game.
This is the laggiest game I've ever seen in my life !!! :cry:
OUTLAWS (Jerclan) servers really suck, my ping is alway like 300.
All the US players get pings like <150, and those old "Jercs" (Slash, Cheap Bastard, Angyman and Serious Freakin Steve) and Loose Meat has always like 50 - 60 ping !!! That REALLY suck !!!!!
It's hard to win, if u have like 300 ping, coz everything comes like 0.5 - 1 secs late (it makes aiming impossible).
And still some US players whine about the lag !!!
If we don't get European server soon, I'll maybe leave this freaking game too.
Sam 1 is much better, less laggy servers there.

DAMN I HATE LAG, AND THIS GAME IS NOTHING BUT LAG !!!

Cheap and I both have a Geforce2mx400, Angry has a Geforce2mx200 and Loose and Steve have some generic 32mb cards.

Hey Steve, just remember, you'll have games without lag too. Try to play late night or early morning. The hours from 8am to 7pm lag allot.

All i have is a PIII 799 with a GeForce 2 as well... the best i can play it on is about 800x600, doesnt affect me a lot though. Although my frame rate really suffers in large maps like yodeller :(.

i agree with you Slice, 300 is ok, i average about 250-300 (sometimes 200 if im lucky :mrgreen:), but when it gets up to about 375 or 400 its just unplayable :(

When you are a good player lag is not that bad. You just have to calculate the lead time for the weapons that you are using. When it gets choppy and jerks you back and forth, that's when I do not enjoy playing. I can play instagib in UT with 500 ping and still win. Try having to lead someone half a second for a sniper shot. :wink:

i always have 250-300 and i still win a lot of games so if there comes a europeen server steeve we are unbeateble ;) no just kidding but it sometimes suck if i get lagg i know man but deal with it man

Also, is there are so many players in the UK or Europe or where ever, of course you are going to have lag connecting to an US server. If you are on a fast connection, you should set up your own server for over there. Then when those of us in the US connect, we would have the same thing. But I think the really skilled players are the ones on dial up. Look at Slice for instance. We played last night, and I knew he had lag and I was only getting about 120-150ms of lag and he was whipping my butt. Just imagian (note on that) when the patch comes out, what they would be like!
