Well, thanks again to senseless violence, we have lost another musician who helped form the entire genre of hip-hop. I was too young to truly remeber the legacy of Run DMC, but they were the true fathers of hip-hop. Although a big chunk of rap music today is shit, you've gotta admit, Run DMC's music was pure, smooth, and simply beautiful. And they probably would have never done it if it wasn't for one generous, caring, and amazing DJ.

They never rapped about killing cops or screwin hoes. They rapped about fun stuff like "Its tricky to rock around to rock around thats right on time its tricky! How wizzy tricky tricky HUU!" They rapped about stuff that didnt make sense. When the rap war East Coast vs. West Coast was going on Run DMC tried to stop the war. snip,,,,, i do not know why he got done,,,, but i'm sure it has nothing to do with the music, it might be something like he banged some other guys ol'lady, or a bad drug deal, or he talked smack to the wrong guy, I am just saying I don't think it will be just a senseless killing, the guy that did this knew him and had a reason to kill him, one shot to the head,,,, thats an exicution,,,,, and in a public place,,,, he pissed someone off,,,, has nothing to do with music, has to do with him as a man....... time will tell.....
