Last night I was playing UT2003 when I locked a 3 missils shot whit the rocket luncher on a player. My crosshair was kinda red and the missils were like torpedos chasing my victim until he was destroyed!!! Holy cow it was hot!!! The problem is I dont know how I did it!!!! Does somebody know???? Please share this information...

i think you hold down the mouse fire button?

You dont understand..... The missils were like TORPEDOS....The guys was moving left and right and the missils were following hin!

If you can hold your cross hairs on an enemy for several seconds you will get a lock.

Yea, you have to have the croshairs on an opponent for about 5 seconds.

I didn't know about that.
It's cool.
Hold down the alt fire button and when you lock on your opponent the crosshair turns red and you hear a beep.
The rockets will track the targeted player.

are u crazy vicious? 5 seconds?

no u have to hold your crosshair 2 seconds, then you will see a 4 red dots,
then press fire and bye bye :)

For me(and I counted) it was always 5 seconds.

i dont think i will be playing on gamemecca servers any more, my ping is bloody 350.

I was playing a map last night, there was a bunch of lava and stuff like that, but where the lava was pouring out, along the walls, there was a weapon there, and I couldn't get up there. It was a BR mathc, and there was one person that could, and it fired a homing missle, that would lock on ya and it was hard to get away from. It made this big boom!

So there are missles that home on ya and move if you move!

the RL locks on after about 2 - 3 seconds then the rockets follow the target a bit but if it was a big rocket it should be the redeemer which u can fly when u launch the rocket with secondary fire and it makes a real big bang

I have never found that before, other then that map. Is it in a lot of maps?

the redeemer is in Antalus and in Asbestos and in Plunge

are those BR maps?? That is about all I play.

nope that are normal DM maps but u can play instant action and look if it is the weapon u mean :) and i would recommend u to try the free fly mode of the redeemer in plunge :)

u can ride the rocket into target its really cool :) u move the rockets with ur normal move controls so u can fly circles and stuff like that

btw u get that by firing the redeemer with alternate fire

in plunge it is at the top of the green building u can reach it easily by jumping on one of the green jumppads that are located on the green building dunno for sure if its the right or the left one just try it out :)

yes but be carefull it is a low gravity map with a high suicide factor :)

There is a map in one of the map packs that has about 20 redeemers scattered around...LOL.

It is so much fun.
