anyone know a good defragging program that defrags faster than the normal microsoft one?

I start mine and walk away, come back an hour later and it is done. I think there is one in Norton's System Works. Only used it once.

Diskkeeper 8....you can easily get it off bit torrent or the company's site

this is the best program and was rated number 1.
