It was fun to read the console poll, and I remembered some handheld devices

I'm sure I have forgotten many too

imho the Sega GameGear was way ahead of its time, too bad it was shortlived

I am honestly suprised that the Game Gear got so many votes. It was a good system, but had crappy battery life, and limited games. The Game Boy SP can plaly the whole catalog of Game Boy games, and right now as it stands is king of the mountain. How about the Tapwave Zodiac? I think that is going to make a big change in the market.

What about the portable Turbo Grafix? That thing played the same games as the console!

Remember the Nomad?

It was the Genesis cut down into a chunky little hand-held, that while it admit was pretty cool, it has worn down over the years to a hunk of crap. Whenever I plug it in, I gotta hold it at just the right angle, or else it will shut itself off. But it was still fun while it lasted.....

I still chose the Game Boy as the best of all time.

That thing was pretty neat, but until I found out that it breaks like a already broken egg. IT SUCKS! :online2long:
