Volcanoes rule, I've been on active ones in Hawaii and hiked up Mt. St. Helens. They are quite amazing.

No matter how much you dread school, it's a hell of a lot better than working full time!

I sucked in math.
Hell I cheated through all my college math classes.

Just could not grasp it.
That is probally because I got booted out of 3 different Hight Schools within the first 4 months of my 9th Grade year.

Well from there I went and got my GED followed by 2 years at a community school.

After that I went off to FAU and DU.

I guess what I am saying is Hi9gh School is great. Pay Attention and do your best.
It will pay off in the long run.

Not that I am aware of.
But if you don't know it you will wind up in the same boat I am in right now.
I want to go back and get my Masters but I have to take a test which involves Math.
So I am thinking of paying someone to tutor me a bit.

All kidding aside, basic math is pretty important. Not having a good foundation in math will limit what you can do as a career. Many private businesses fail because people can not calculate their basic profit and loss decisions.

Math is on all college entrance exams and required classes on every degree type.

It sucks having a teacher that makes math boring. Geometry is actuall pretty neat. Most military equipment uses it to function. From the rate a bullet drops when it is fired to triangulating a target you want to hit with artillery to using global positioning.

Credit the teacher for not teaching well instead of thinking you are not good at math. Maybe with your next teacher you will be a math wiz.

Good luck with it.

Stick with it Desparado, you may not understand the importance of Math now, but there are some very high $$$$$$$$$$ positions to be had with a good math foundation.

Programming, accounting (maybe), a ton of others.
