There are several mobs that disease you like this for example Buzz the named Apple Fly on Avalon Isle! dunno if there's and RvR Poison with the same effect though

:hmmm: I have a buff that is suppose to remove something, not sure if it would remove that from ya or not. Haven't found anything it does. :WTF:

somekind of a white circle as symbol? If yes it removes Mez from the target

Hmm....that's probably a bug / typo if it was in RvR. More likely should have been 1:00. PvE...there is stuff like that.
