that's a regular guitar, a bass will have 4 strings, a guitar 6 (or 12)

if you learn how to play songs by reading the sheet music, then its hard to be able to listen to a song and be able to play it

i cant read sheet music to save my life, but i can listen to any song about 5 times and then just pick up the sticks and play it through...i love playing while listening to cds on my headphones

and i love rockin it with the double bass pedal, you should save up and get one, its worth it! :jammin:

I know a man that can play by ear. he can listen to a song and play along with it. but he regrets never learning sheet music. hes in a band, he has to have another person play his music and he has to learn it from them.
