link to turkey recipies, or how ya'll cook them,,,,I do not have a fryer, I wish I did,,, I got two birds,,,, good price,,, :wink: ,,,,my plan is to shove a can of beer up its butt,, pour some honey on the top, and bake it for like 3 hours,,,, the can of beer you just barley crack it open so it steams out,,,,, any others??????????

Hmmmm....can of beer up the butt......ouch!

Here's what I do.....I have a Brinkman water smoker......I gut the turkey rub some Mrs Dash seasoning on it...let it sit while I start the smoker

In the bowl over the coals and wood chunks I pour half water and half apple juice.....smoke that sucker for about 5 hours and ...(mouth is watering already) that is the most moist and tasty turkey I have ever had.
I will usually cook smoke a ham at the same time....
Damn....that's some good eatin.
