A while ago i was talking to my buddy at the gym and asked how he was, he replied he felt sore and tired. I asked if he ever looks at those fat people, watching TV in a recliner, with a beer in one hand and a bag of chips in the other and notice just how happy they look? he said yeah. I then asked if we were the ones who were doing life the wrong way :bandhead:

I started working out 2 months ago along with the atkins diet which made
me lose 30 pounds...I had never worked out in my life and you can't
imagine how much better I feel now...I don't have that tightness around the
waist and the constant tiredness I used to have....plus....great looking chicks at
the gym.... went from a 42 inch waist to 38...
in June I will be 32.... OK maybe 34

I've had two timeframes where I could not workout, each lasted about 3 years. Other than that, I've worked out steady since I was 16. Mostly weight training and a little cardovascular. I've always believed that no matter how rich or poor you might be, nobody can do your workout for ya. It's something you have to do and earn yourself. The richest folks might be able to pay for lypo or plastic surgeries, but nobody can workout your heart like you can. You want it, work for it.

And like the billboard says, "Pain is only temporary, it's weakness leaving the body".

want a work out? strap a 200 lb pack to the front of you then another 100 lb pack on your back. then you will feel like that guy in the pick. Maintain you health and keep fit.
