I played mostly cooperative for the first month and then finally tried a frag match.

Yes, in December 2003&#33;&#33; I&#39;ve played a ton of shooters in single player or botmatch over the years (all the way back to Doom), but waited until I got DSL to go online. Took out my copy of Sam to test out online play even though I hadn&#39;t played a shooter in months or even seen the maps and put up something like a 3/40 the first game. :lol: But I still was hooked. :thumbs:

BTW, Sam was my first and favorite online game, I have tried others like UT and Deus Ex, but never got into it like Serious Sam.

Deus Ex is awesome, but I had to play the game about 13 times before I got the entire story right. You should try Deus Ex: Invisible War, talk about a mind job. :w00t:

Return to Castle Wolfenstein was so insanely good but so hard in the end that I just said "screw it" and put on the god cheat :D

Croteam has may to many promisses that was never kept, and now they are saying in the second quater of this year they will have the new SS2 engine. At first they said first quater and it&#39;s sound the same bull shi1 they been promissing.

Serious Sam engine is the worse of all games and yet it&#39;s a good game to play but to bad they make promisses that they can&#39;t keep.

I will not support them anymore because of the broken promisses they made for the past 3 years.

It&#39;s to bad because I really enjoy playing Sam but not anymore.

eh, that&#39;s all right sas. croteam is pretty easy to rip for their
cheap little &#036;9 game that many people have gotten for free.
there are the inevitable f9s if you are in the lead and too many
people join, but still for all that it is a tremendously enjoyable
game, and offers tons of features that most games cannot duplicate.
so there is lag, etc, but most people with decent systems can
play it pretty well. I certainly have gotten much more than
my &#036;9 dollars worth...

I&#39;m sure there is a good reason why there have not been fixes and such for SS:SE, it&#39;s because they are working on SS:TE to get it done by the dead line. Pressure causes them to cancel things, fixes for games that they have released are like a bonus.

To be honest, I was disapointed with the game play of singal player on SS:SE, but the game play for SS:FE was awesome. Because Croteam had no pressure making SS:FE. I read in GameSpy that the release of SS:SE was delayed for about two months because of bugs. So, just remember, whatever happens, happens for the best. Just wait until SS:TE comes out, there will be players going crazy to join clans, and Croteam said that they would do their best to make the multiplayer the best it can be.

When SS:SE came out, they did not put much effort into multiplayer because the mojority of the public was on dial-up.

umm, i dunno. I thought se was phenomenal, it was the first one I played.
I should have gotten into multiplayer then, i would be owning instead of
being a :loser: but nvm. It took me several weeks to complete, many
parts took days just to get through a section (like that damn bouncy room,
I never did figure out to hit the pills), that was on easy. FE on
normal went through much faster. I am much better now and I suppose
I can probably complete either much more quickly...

When I first got into the huge area where the storm came in, I went way out in the field, far away from the rehab spot. I was sitting out there sniping, got to a point where I had NO AMMO at all, so I had to fight my way back with pistols. Of course I died, dumb fireballs from the sky did me in. :oooo:

Sam was my first On line game. I tried Unreal Tournament, Will Rock and then some game called Postal, but nothing compares to SS. I&#39;ve never been so obsessed with anything like SS in my life.......okay, until I seen Black Rose&#33; :rolleyes:

are playing. Then play back the demo and look through
the eyes of the guy/girl who won.

And yes, some of the best players are girls. My old bird
