How does Next Wed. sound for everyone.
I will try to construct a ram over the next few days to see if I can.
It looks like 1.5 to 2 groups should be able to do it.

Basically we all go in.
He slams the door shut.
We attack him.
Someone set up ram and beats door down. Once door is down
Healers can move outside to heal.
I beleive once we get him down to a certain point the Harpies will come at ya. Run those suckers outside and they will die. Once the mob
is dead we pick up the Spear (if it drops) and other loot and haul ass out.

Sounds simple enough.
I do remember when we did this for Jandar everyone died one time.
Also if someone else wants the Spear everyone roll for it and I will pay whoever wins for it.
