1.5/384 is the fastest I have seen.
in theory it can go up to like 8mb/sec if you are 1000' away from
your central office,

these are some telco offerings, but they are business class
services, and much much more expensive than the $50
that dsl typically costs...

Dunno there&#39;s a Verizon Biulding pretty close by.
Since verizon is my DSl provider could i e-mail them asking for a spped boost, or would it be a public announcement?
