99 that means you are still alive, but what happens if you dieing? do you need to setup new character?

Nope u just return to the last Bind point (kinda like a spawn point in Sam)

What&#39;s worse is that those percentages used to be before buffs. So I jumped off the top floor in CS onetime to make the port. It said: You take 89% falling damage. You have died. :P
