Another RAM Question

I have 1 512 MB Corsair XMS PC2700 DDR Stick.

Can i mix two types of RAM of the same speed together.

Like two PC2700 sticks but one Corsair and the other Kingston for example

I have an asus a7v333x MOBO

jup, although you will want to check the memory timings,
cas latency is the main one, the smaller the numbers the better,
it should be 2.5 or better if 2, and the kingston should be the same
other timings apply also, like if specs show 2-3-3-7, you want the second
to have similar numbers, otherwise memory runs at the speed of
the slower one.

definatley dont want the slower speed, but i shouldnt really notice a diff with a gig of RAM would i?

nah, you would be smiling too much.... the cas speed is important, but it is a much smaller thing...
