See i received jims card i put it in the APG slot the olny place it fits and well when i turn on my comp. what happens is everything is normal i can hears windows get on and everyingn theres sond but there is no picture and my power switch for my comp. screen instead of being green it turns orand and there is absolutely no picture?

So, you switched the monitor cable over to the new card, and there's still no picture? If so, go into BIOS/setup and look over the AGP and/or video settings to make sure it's set right.

nobody really knows without being in front of your computer.
from all the computers that i have seen that have integrated graphics cards,
they detect when an agp card is plugged in and disable
the integrated graphics. you want to look for any settings as regards
graphics. write them down, then ask us....

The main thing I was pointing to is, you switched the monitor cable to the new card, right? It seems obvious, but I have had two people make that mistake and call me for help, with the same report....it sounds like Windows fires up as normal, they could hear the screen-saver sounds, but no picture.
After that is confirmed, look into the BIOS - it's usually Delete, F1, F2, sometimes Shift+F1 or F2, but look in there. Disable the onboard video if it allows.

well youll have to ask jim what it is all i know is its a GEForce 2 and yes compared to my last one it rocked
