Cool. I'm looking for a small upgrade to a 2500+ or 2600+.

guys, i have said it before and will say it again. beware of the xp chip numbering scheme.

take for example--

a 2400xp w/266 bus is actually faster and performs just as good as the 2500 xp w/333 fsb.

some people go to upgrade their board for the 333 when they can just get a 2400. if you want 333, get a 2600 or higher but look at the clock speed per price difference. not worth 30-100 bucks for less than 100 mhz clock.

I've been reading up on it and it seems that the 2500+ is an excellent overclocker. That's why I am looking at that one. Seems like even the latest "locked" ones can reach 3200+ speeds.

Cool  I've been thinking about going that route, what sort of cooling setup are you running?

I've read it can do it with stock cooling, but you must have PC3200 RAM to handle the faster bus speed (400MHz).
