oh come on chris, it is a copy/paste, takes a second.
the problem with it is that some of the info is probably correct,
others may be exaggerated or slanted, and some may be false.
who knows and who is going to research it?
anyways if anyone wants more info, snopes is always a good site -
http://www.snopes.com/politics/bush/resume.asp

and they refer to the following linkes for more info:

I just don't like the way his administration has taken care of the USA. But as a person, no way a :loser:

i think that bush has been bad for the country and the economy.
Our economy is driven by perception and not reality. With him
coming into office, the perception was that things would become
bad, people believed it and it came to pass. Certainly a lot of
his policies suck, and are anti-environment, etc. The garbage
cleanup for his dad too is a little much. Would things have been
different with Al Gore? I think so. You see it is the little people
that drive the economy. Maybe they are stupid. But if you take
a perception that we are in a recession, then people start
holding back the money, and soon we are in a recession,
and people tighten up more. so development stops, stocks
start dropping, etc. I think with a democrat in office you will
probably have more consumer confidence, and that would lead
to other and better things. Who doesn't really matter. If you
look at the people running for office, they are often very moderate
and have very similar policies.

If I'm not handy for example, try:

loser

<jargon> An unexpectedly bad situation, program, programmer,
or person. Someone who habitually loses. (Even winners can
lose occasionally). Someone who knows not and knows not that
he knows not. Emphatic forms are "real loser", "total loser",
and "complete loser" (but not **"moby loser", which would be a
contradiction in terms).

I must agree with Pure on this one, Clinton's presidency produced one of the most robust economies the US has had and people blame him for it sinking the last couple months of his presidency... But no one gives hime credit for the rest of his term...:WTF: :hmmm: Sounds to me like the sinking was in anticipation for the incoming new Pres... When a President has reached his term limit, can you really blame him for not being as effective his last few months??? Let's be realistic, they have the term "Lame Duck" for a reason...

BTW, did anyone bother to go to that idontfeelsogood BLOG link on Snopes? (I LOVE Snopes.com!!!) It lists many, many links to support the statements made in Bush's "resume"...

Pimp, how could the economy NOT grow after being sunk so far into the shi**er, it had almost nowhere to go but up... :oooo:

Personally I doubt Bush is much of a loser or particularly stupid...on account of the fact he got into office, but its true that most of mainland Europe have a pretty low opinion of America......luckily we from experiences in the 20th century with Hitler, Stalin, Musso, Franco etc. etc. that one mans/governments view certainly doesnt reflect the view of a nation (although I do not compare Bush to those aformentioned dictators).

im only 18 but to me it seems that Bush has made the same mistake that his father did with the first gulf war...he ignored the American economy, and that will definatley hurt his re-election chances, but everyone seems to forget how elquently he handled 9/11. I dont mean to offend anyone but if Gore would have been in office we probably wouldnt have done mcuh about it, other than complain to all the other countries and making a pitty party for ourselves. I do, however believe that Bush used 9/11 as an excuse to finish what his dad started in Iraq. That is wrong, and selfish, there is no doubt about that. I do agree with pure about him personally, he seems like he would be a cool guy. As for the tax cuts, i wont even notice them, as i dont make enough too, but i do feel that he is trying to make those changes, slow as they may seem. To be honest i dont really have and governmental party loyalties, and i dont really care if Bush gets re-elected but i hope that its someone better and someone who doesnt make the same mistakes that Bush did, but the American ppl do need to realize that no one is perfect, and that your job title doesnt make you perfect by default.

As a vollunteer FF, I get a $1000 tax credit on my property tax, it's a plan local governement installed to encourage home owners to vollunteer. :jammin: So istead of $1900 tax on my house, I was only to pay $900  all I had to do was make 65% of the calls on my shift and pay my taxes. It's a great plan seeing that the cost of paid FF's is close to $100,000 a year if you include benefits and comp insurance.

But whoa! wait a minute says Mr Tax man! After the first year, the irs decided to tax this credit  So now instead of a tax bill that's $1000 less the town has to send me a check with taxes etc. taken out, which brings it down to $700 AND I have to claim that as income at the end of the year :bandhead:

The strange thing about Kennedy MeBigg is the fact that he GOT IT when it came to taxes. His bumbling drunken accident prone brother Teddy ("the swimmer") should take a page from his brothers book. When you lower taxes,(which for those of you who don't have a freaking clue is money that is taken away from you) the government actually gains revenue (again for those of you above -revenue would be the money that your crooked A$S politicians spend on such worthwhile projects as funding the artists who piss in a jar and throw a cross in it and call it art).

where do you view piss on the wall art?

you know what, at least I hope it's American artists! I'm sick to death of sending money to Iraq and other nations.

and to whoever it was who said Bush Jr. is making the same mistakes Sr. did, hit the nail right on the head! It seams the Bush family worries about the world and loses sight of Americans. :(

thi si the first time i am not going to vote because it's a losing battle.* kust rip the gov't off as much as you can because we are all f'd

I felt the same way, but I became more active in my local government because there at least you have popular vote and mine does count 100%

As far as this Presidential election goes, even though I feel it's a pathetic system, I'm going to cast a vote against Bush just for the sake of my consience. I don't know if it'll be for Kerry, Nader, Sharpton, or if I write in Jesse Ventura just because I think he's one of the few pollitions who could shake up this f-ed up system.

That's right, I'd love to see Ventura giving a state of the union address in a leather jacket and wearing a bandana, because even though he makes mistakes, he's one of us! That's what we need, a representative of "the people" in office, not what we have now.

I persoanlly agree with Pimp Daddy.

President Bush is the man!! Thank God Al Gore was not elected president, bet you we would have not gone after the terriost like Bush did and we would have had more attacks on our soil.

If you know your facts about Clinton, he had every chance to get Ben Ladin but he chose to ignore it. He was to busy playing with cigars in the White House.

I have a few friends/Clients over seas and they really thought the White House was a joke with Clinton. They now tell me they fear Bush for he does what he says he will do.

Jim, Bro, you are wrong about the economy, it started booming right at the end of the Bush Senior term and then Clinton got the glory for it.

Look at the facts from the past, any time after a war the economy booms as it will do now. We have had the best growth in 20 years. It only last 10 years or so before the inflation gets it and things go to crap again.

All should be greatful with Bush, look at the intrest rates, the lowest in 50 years.

Also I can't remember the last time in the past I could go to a car dealership and get 10k of the sticker price and 3% intrest for 5 years.Did that on my new 2003 duramax diesel truck.

I use to be a democrap but they showed me they were just tax raiser and whimps when it comes to standing up for their countries and freedom.

My 2 cents worth.

Also the polls don't mean sqaut, they had look what at at WI this week at the Democrap polls. They had John Ewards at 17% but they were all shocked when he got 40% or so, not exactly sure on the polls.

Bush will be President again in 2004, the Clintons will see to that for they want Hilliray to run in 2008, God help us all.

hmm, well, our current leadership is a joke. people think of bush as a warmongering moron, not necessarily a good view.
the economy pretty much drags with republicans in office. with bush
again, you probably have the same to look forward to. No confidence
in the president, no consumer confidence, more of the sameness.

The thing about war boosting the economy? that used to be true, no
more. we are blowing huge wads of cash for this stupid iraq crap,
much of the money is going overseas to support the military there,
and here it isn't helping anyone except the military contractors, and they
are a small part of the economy any more. Meanwhile we are getting
this hugeass deficit that will have to be eventually paid off.

does anyone remember the days of having a balanced budget?
How come republicans just cannot do that?

Agreed that polls don't mean anything, but the results are interesting.

one thing about lowering taxes is that most of the taxes should not even be taxes. they make up new taxes by the day. sorry, i believe in the constitution. if more of america would fight for the true laws and defend their constitution, we wouldnt be in this mess. since we are in this mess, there is another thing in the constitution that gives us the right for a new gov't. do any of you understand what the purpose of the constitution is?

Well guys what it really comes down to is that all politicians do NOT give a rats a$$ about any of us.

Now days its really a power thing for all of them. Just think to be president of the USA or a politician period.

Look at all the benefits that come with it.

Do you guys really think that Bush, Kerry or Edwards really care about us?

The average Joe cannot ever be president unless you have Millions to spend and that sometimes gets you nothing, like Ross Pero and so on.

The USA some what has gone to crap.

Very possible Jim that you're right about blowing huge wads of cash on a country (Cripe - a whole stinking region) that has been living in the stone age for centuries. My opinion is that it is a gamble on the current administrations part, that the money invested will be repaid 10 fold, in the same manner as the money we spent on Japan and Germany. (NOTE: this is an opinion you pin heads)

Jim, it was a republican lead congress and senate that dragged a kicking and screaming democratic president to a balanced budget.... but the reality is always the president at the time will get the credit. (or no credit if there is a deficit)
The current deficit is mostly the result of the war and fighting terrorism and personally, I would rather try to protect our freedom than to give money to people who are trying to save the single throated red spider warbler of knotts creek and, again, the funding of piss in a jar.)

unfortunately I don't think that is going to happen here. With japan and germany,
we had no preexisting legacy of bad feeling and blame. Not the case here.
The people there blame us for everything that has gone wrong, is going wrong
and will go wrong in the future. I have read articles about US soldiers being
attacked, them firing back, and normal iraqi civilians saying that because of the
wild shootings, if they had guns, they would have shot at the americans also.
the latest and greatest tactic is now to blow up american supporters, iraqi policeman, etc.
it is the same old crap, different day. nothing has changed there. the people
are not going to change. they hate us, and every death that occurs by whichever
hand is just another reason for them to justify their hate.
and all this is for what? cheap oil? Heck man, if it is for terrorists, we should have invaded saudi arabia instead.

Exactly why I tend to agree with you Jim (on this point anyway  ). I wouldn't be suprised if the schools that we are HELPING to rebuild, will be breeding grounds for the future hate america crowd. Of course I hope to hell I'm wrong, and that that will not be the case. What a gamble though !

ME BIGGD01

cheap oil? where?

saudi arabia? agree

screw rebuilding them(iraq) lets take everything and take over. that's what war is and i agree they will always hate us just like the rst of the world.

if we do not intend to take over than let's just leave them as is now that saddam is gone. after america would leave iraq, the rest of the arabs would fight themself to take over iraq. whem a new saddam takes over, next time we just drop a nice pretty bomb that wipes them out. no need to lose soldiers when we have bombs to do the work. i hate that we are build their schools when the schools in america need to be rebuilt. this is why bush has failed. i will not be suprised during election time we find bin laden and capture or kill him. big whoop, they will terrorists always exist. you have to slam the fist down to show you are serious!!!!

the only lie that pisses me off that bush made was that before he was elected, in a speech he said it is not america's responsibility to rebuild anothe rcountry. it is that gov't job. that to me is a lie because he is using our american dollars to rebuild a country that hates us in hope they will become like america. i just want to remind people that america had it's revolution and many people died fighting it. it is up to those people to do the same.
