those halo&#39;s and lights, are they objects and can you move, rotate, scale or make brighter? (all known effects)

i need serious reason to start work with ps

Well, the lights up in the upper left are a filter (render>lens flare) and can be placed where you want them. The little do-hickey in the middle was also a lens flare that I copied and auto-transformed and re-copied and just kept experimenting, but it is 1 object now, that I can move or change hue on or anything. Not sure about photo impact, but photoshop keeps getting better the more you learn with it :thumbs:
