This is as high as I could get with out smoking somthing or using a ladder 

OK a hint from here please 


From there you gotta get a raptor..and nudge the manta so its starts sliding slowly (dont just completely push it off cause you need to get under it..it will go slowly). Now when you push it off make sure you push it towards the side that has the wall sticking out so it requires almost no balancing at first. As it starts to slide off slowly (emphasis on slowly) get under there and wait for it to fall on top. Now it shouldnt go anywhere if you pushed it to the right side since theres walls all around, but you still gotta balance it a little and then press spacebar from there. If you balanced it good from the start then you could just press spacebar as much as you want and never have to press the arrows until you get to the top. Or you can just float up at the top and zoom out and look at how its on top of it lol. If you didnt do it right from the start then take your time going up pressing the arrow keys in whatever way they need to go along with the spacearrows..take your time though. Anyways just get it over the tower..jump out and enjoy the view.
