but the best (imo) = macromedia flashmx and fireworks as well as Swish 2.0 or SwishMax

animation shop 3, comes with paint shop pro 7.

yes animation shop for gif
for flash use SWISHmax. prog not requires good skills. make sigs same as you can with flash mx
