it includes a cpu/memory stress test, will test cpu/memory reliability, cooling, etc.
useful if you want to reliably OC your system and ensure it works properly.
Note that this does nothing for graphic cards.

i usually use sandra's suit to do the burnins because it does just about everything. i do not consider sandra accurate with the benchmarking because it uses code that isnt even used in todays programs and they have alot of bugs in it.
