I have never faced a player stronger then you or even tougher then you. I can’t even put a dent on you when Im battling you. I get shut out everytime :( How do u do it dude. there are no cheats dude except for bugs and configs
many 1.05 players are just totally amazing players and are almost unkillable

Oh a note to all those who say this players is the best that player is the best in a thread dedicated to one player someone thinks (because of his own experience) is the best show a lack of class IMHO&#33;

TUW and Jacobs would be my favorits here cause they kicked ass just like DD just with way higher pings than DD :cool:

and i think some may have forgotten Outlaw Ephemerion also a great player

some of the players mentioned here are no way near the best Anis and Chy(bad connection so maybe :hmmm: ) no way, good players but no way the best at all

FS cant really say cause i never played him while he was in top form Hostile dont know him so cant say either

I think I have played this chyliniak you guys speak of, and if it’s the same dude that changes his game names alot at the end of his alias games to something like chyli…. no way he can be better then Dan. Also I think I have played an Anis before but this Anis I played had high ping in yodellar long time ago and did fairly well with it. But I credit this Anis coz he had some incredible moves and jumps but he died a few times.

there are many good players and i will say the best player i have ever played was untouchable. why? well i caught him in a game and monitored him. he has some great skills and actually took the time to teach me a few jumps that help in the game (also was kicking my arse in the meanwhile). as for others, sure they are good but i have played them and watched the games and figured out how some win alot of the battles. i judge people on their character and sportsmanship. when i see people who have edited the ini file to get more advancements and play the bugs in the game, i find that person cheating. i know many do this and get away with the wins but all in all these people just cheat. if you have to edit anything in the game to make yourself be more advanced such as the side to side bs, you are not good, you are cheating.

all i have to say regardless who is the best or who is great, you will have to put up one hell of a fight to beat me (unless you have your tricks). rest assured, when i whoop anyones ass or even scrape by, i did it edit free :thumbs:

I believe you man&#33; Don&#39;t take offense to me, after all I did get one vote as the most boring l0zer at GM. I wouldn&#39;t want you to ruin anyone&#39;s reputation either.. I suspect there are many people who know a lot about these files and how to edit them, it wouldn&#39;t suprise me that some acyually edit them. As for myself, I can&#39;t even navigate the sam directory right. :online2long:

In any case, what should we look for? I am just wondering for personal use, I don&#39;t intend to ruin anyone&#39;s reputation. When the player strafes, they glitch?

Thanks for bringing this up BiggD…I too had feelings of certain players cheating in the ways u have mentioned especially in v1.05…its lame and a poor way of representing yourself…although many say its impossible for it too happen with the net code…I think it’s a bug that some have discovered and are using it to their advantage by editing the various files/scripts/*.ini and such…

**** no wonder when I’m in many shotty battles in v1.05 against certain players, I seem to missing a lot which is rare on my part especially when I know I’m hitting them…I have encountered some similar style players in v1.07 as well and its funny how they move…but I can still take them out quite easily in v1.07 being that the server is on serious mode…if only we all were on LAN of some sort then we’ll know for sure how good certain players are especially those that are considered tops...

BiggD u can play me anytime and I’ll assure u that I’m a 100% fair player as some of the guys here in v1.07 have witnessed playing me before on many occasions like: mercwannabe, jiminator, dangerous dan, grim reapers AI, grim reapers 1110111…just to name a few….all u’ll see coming from me is pure shotty skills, not much shrafting or left and right movements but pure skills…so anytime u want to have a game just let me know….as u seem to be a fair player yourself and I would rather play with a good fair player then with a very good lying ass cheater…

i would say he is close and at times you can&#39;t stop him. we all have these moments. be personaly like the gaem but playing it now, i have no desire to win like i use to. the aliases, spammers and pup whores destroyed it. if you want to really determine who is the best, there would have to be a lan party to do it. no way in hell is anyone equal in the game. i give credit to any poor 56k guy jamming on this game. i personally would just not play if that&#39;s all i had. for about a month i have been playing this game to kill time. i have been playing ut-03 to prepare myself for ut04.

The "teleporting" strafe that you are talking about is very annoying. But I don&#39;t think it is a cheat or done by altering the the ini. file. I think it is just a by-product of internet lag.

I have played people one on one on their server and they "teleport" madly, but when we play on my server it is normal strafing. Plus it doesn&#39;t exist when you play a demo back.

Bigg explain to me what the command is for this supposed hack. I want to see proof before I believe it.

i want to make my point very clear here so everyone understands me. i am saying if anyone edits this particular file, they are somewhat altering the differences between standard and enhanced performance. i said it before and will say it again, i am not calling anyone a cheater.

But why do people worry so much about cheaters.. If they want to cheat, let them win like that. I dont care... i&#39;ve played enough of "old school" players to know who are good and not, to know who play fair and not.. But i never say a word about cheaters.. if you know who cheats, I would like to know if my suspicions were true.. so pls PM me some of the names of cheaters.. I wont tell, but if I see them ingame I wont waste my precious time playing them.... owyeah and just for the record, T4M doesnt cheat :jammin: Never have and never will :D

all the old school ppl who are supposedly good dont play anymore so I believe that they shouldbnt be in the "Graetest Players" lists, no matter how good they were
