I would not recommend doing that. While it may solve some lag problems, the amount of problems that would appear would likely make the lag problem seem very small. NT compatibility mode does all kinds of things with DirectX and video card drivers.

Almost everyone that has tried it has said that there is a great improvement. I'm going to give it a try tonight and see what happens.

I ran it all last night and I had no lag.

I ran it all last night had a little lag but nowhere as much as usual..... :thumbs:

It does seem to reduce the lag. I get occassional glitches in the video, but it's far less annoying than the lag.
