The best sam players are listed here

OK this is who i THINK are the best sam players out there in no particular order.

2. TURBO
3. Monster crab
4. Blackwolf
5. CF Aries
6. XSW Nitrostatic
7. FS
8. Black Rose


If you guys would like to post in here if you agree or not.

Please rember this is nothing to do with favouritisim (think that is how you spell it)

These people listed are not only great players they are also have good sportsmanship throughout the game as well.

There are other players who are great as well but all of the above i have played and they are truly great.

Please rember it is only who i THINK are the best players as i have played them before. No upset to anyone is intended as lots of people have thier own skill to the game.

Well there is a difference between having the most frags and the least amount of deaths no matter what the competition, and just plain winning games because you ae the most experienced out of the bunch.
Sportsmanship is pretty much ignored in sam, no one is gonna say sorry for spamming, or for picking up sd on purpose and killing u.
The best are the ones that still play almost eceryday, dont complain and just win.

I have to disagree with your list if you are using sportmanship as a criteria because some players on your list lack it. I'm just commenting on my experience which is obviously different than yours.

I disagree with most of this thread. While some great players were mentioned, I think most of everyone&#39;s list is composed of people they like or solely based their opinons on their good scores. No offense, but good scores are not everything and I think a few of the players here will do anything for them, ex pups. :rolleyes:

My list is huge and more accurate on the whole scale, not just a few games..

It may be like that in Sam. :hmmm: But in NHL 2004 there could actually be "the best player". Being good means that you need to have a lot of skill PLUS you need to be the master of tactics. :cool:

We all KNOW that, this thread isn&#39;t about "who is the best" it&#39;s about individuals making lists based around who they play. So obviously a 1.07 player isn&#39;t going to have many 1.05 people on their list...

dd and marz were never the best...they were very good and very consistent but not the best...there was a third who was just as good and quite possible better but never recognized since he was all alias...

well that&#39;s his fault then isn&#39;t it. the best known players are dd and marz. there are alot of older guys (moerser, twin dragon, slayer) who were great, but they don&#39;t play anymore.

So most people play either ss 1.05 or 1.07 or both, right? Some 1.05 players claim that anis and some others are better then anyone plays on 1.07, while the same can be said about the 1.07 braggers. Btw there is no best player in Sam since Sam has lots of flaws in netcode and stuff like that&#33;

I see best players allready left SS Se because the servers are empty, only n00bs are there, damn I hate to say this but it is true. I hope SS 2 will soon be out, so we can play again.
When I started to play SS Se there were a lot of players (very good players, but no names) and also a lot of servers, look at situtaion today.

Today we have:

1. players who extensivly use pups
2. players who whine about players that use pups
3. payers who whine about the style players play
4. players who are talking about sportsmanship
5. I could go on (but why?)

So where are we?

Is it still worth playing this game?

This game was not intended for best players, otherwise there would be no pups ( I never used pups), but, never mind.

OK, here is my list, based obviously on only the people that I have played. This list is based on raw playing ability, without the use of cannons or powerups. This list has nothing to do with sportsmanship or anything like that, and is in order from the very best down.

1) SARAH(from 1.05, without a doubt the best player that I have ever faced)

2) Dangerous Dan(no explanation needed)

3) FreeStyler(absolutely ridiculous player, amazing dodger)

4) Hellraiser(knows maps very very well, always has armor on him)

5) Pyscho Marz(very good semi-shotty only player)

6) Nighthawk(most underrated Sam player)

7) Turbo Charger(great player and even better person)

8) MEBIGGDO1(no nonsense player, very quick fragger)

9) BlackWolf(incredible player, I&#39;ve watched a few of his demos before)

10) Sepiroth(very quick, and even with high ping, still amazing)

11) Wannabe(awesome aim and great player)
