well, for Onslaught, you have vehicals. They also added some cool features for CTF and BR.

Movement seems a bit different too.

They added voice recognition so you can give your bots orders.

They built in a form of Teamspeak.

Brought back the sniper rifle.

Adjusted the way the Flack cannon and Bio guns shoot (less range)

I'm sure there are others who can give better details, but I went from 4 games of 2004 last night, then one of 2003 and noticed the difference right away. Also, it seems like everyone is playing the hell out of the demo and the 2003 server are empty.
