How to make snow??

I dont know how to make snow, I havnt done alotta stuff to make something, I tried my first time making reflective polygons, but now I need snow to drop out of sky, and already have a Env. Particle Holder in my map, could someone tell me??

ummm... try to make picture with white dot and transprent background.
then import to editor and use as particle

No, Env. Particle Holders support snow, but I dont know how to make it work...
