I have a set of 99% armor, just need it crafted and such. Haven't found a SCed template yet though. Plus I am lacking in funds of what it costs to do this. Still hack n slashing in AC. :)

[Ancient Copper Necklace]: necklace 10% Crush, 10% Thrust, 10% Body, 10% Spirit

[Ancient Roman Coin]: coin 8% Slash, 8% Thrust, 8% Heat, 24 Hits

[Bracer of Health]: bracer 30 Hits, 6% Energy, 8% Slash, 6% Heat

[Bracer of the Strong]: bracer 6 Strength, 3 Parry, 10% Matter, 10% Thrust

[Statuesque Girdle of Might]: girdle 18 Strength, 7% Spirit, 7% Energy, 8 Strength cap, 2% melee haste, (10/10 charges) Str/Con bonus: 75

[shimmering Speedy Runed Basalt Gauntlets ]: gauntlets (Plate) 102 AF 100% qual 100% con. Bonuses: 7% Crush, 22 Constitution, 5% Cold, 28 Quickness, 4% Energy

[Wrap of Withstanding]: cloak 8% Spirit, 7% Crush, 7% Slash, 7% Thrust, 8 bonus AF

[Ring of Silent Oblivion]: ring 24 Constitution, 24 Strength, 32 Hits, 7% Matter, 8% Energy

[Ebon Hide Bracer]: bracer 6% Cold, 6% Body, 6% Heat, 6% Slash, 6% Matter

[Cyclone Bracer]: bracer Crush: 11%, Slash: 10%, Thrust: 10%, Bonus to melee combat speed: 2%

[arcanium Smoldering Vambraces]: vambraces (Plate) 102 AF 100% qual 100% con. Bonuses: 22 Strength, 2 All Melee, 22 Constitution, 3 Parry, 6% Crush, 6% Slash, melee health buffer (Reverse Proc)

[Bracelet of Silent Oblivion]: bracelet 4 Parry, 22 Dexterity, 22 Quickness, 60 Hits, 2% melee haste, (10/10 charges) Str/Con decrease: 56

[Sacristan Belt]: belt 30 Strength, 30 Constitution, 3 Crossbow, 3 Shield, (3/3 charges) melee health buffer

Is it still true that an item worth something besides being sold to a merchant will be capitalized?

Yep items with more value than just selling to merchants are still capitalized

To give you a rough example of cost I bought all 99 qual stuff except for boots and hands.

All this cost me roughly 6p. TO have it all Sc and Proc cost me roughly 2p.
