Local Time

yet again, I am asking gamemecca for some help. maybe this cannot be changed but i see that my local time is 12 in the morning. ya...that's not right. it's only 7:41
How do I get that to say the right time for eastern US

go to:

my controls
options->board settings
then @ the top it says time zone...just find eastern time
