Alright, I hacked the explorer.exe kernel to load my custom boot screen. Well, I restarted my comp, and I saw my new awesome screen which replaced the Windows XP Home Edition screen, but after that, the screen went black and I had to go into safe mode and take the skin out.
Can anyoone tell me why and how I can load the boot screen w/o this problem?
Thanks alot

I don't see enough motivation to do it, not for a picture that'll be there 2-3 seconds.

That's enough said for me. ;)

A picture would be kinda boring i know, but have a swf file or gif load would be totally awesome.

i thought it had to be a bmp file but there are utilities to do this. i feel it's not worth it because it is going to slow your boot time.
