Hello.
All of a sudden SAm cann't find any samservers????
Only when i use a know serverIP adress i get there. before re-installing.

i too experience this problem. Do you too have dial up net? Because if you do, the ping to get to a server is so high, it doesn't even read.

Solved it.
Program and dedicated server where using the same port number.
