Where did Folder Options Go??

Alright, this is a very weird problem.
First of all, on default, Win XP hides the C:/Windows folder.
You can unhide it by clicking Tools->Folder Options or View-> Folder Options
The only problem with this is that under both menus and every other menu in a folder like Windows Explorer, it DOES NOT HAVE the folder options selection!!
Can someone PLEASE shed some light on this becuz i need to access files in the windows directory.

Might was to install tweakui for xp. There could be a setting in there (tweakiu) to be able to view it. :)

I still have Tools/Folder Options, where you could uncheck hiding system folders and files. Check Control Panel for Folder Options.

just open exporer and go to tolls/folder options.

are you logged in as administrator or do you have admin rights?

i have admin rights but i am not logged in as administrator
i'll log in as admin and see if folder options is there
