This is my first time in 2 months when i have seen The Machine.

And............ i was owning. OFCOURSE

i was playing as HCjamie

and we joined at the same time. AND THE MACHINE WAS MY TARGET

Well I assume the best from each clan would play. I&#39;d like to see 4v4 instead of 2v2 though. It makes it more interesting. There are more than enough GODS and OUTLAWS to make this happen. We should be able to line up plenty of alternates.

Serious mode gives you double the ammo from the pickups. So spammers will be able to sit there and pump out more grenades before having to go find more. And stuff does more damage too (I think?). So one stray grenade has a better chance of killing you. Unless I&#39;m wrong about the damage thing. :P

I wasn&#39;t aware that it gave you any more ammo. I thought only the damage level was increased. The problem with normal (or even hard) mode is that shotgun duels take forever and you usually get nailed by a rocket or grenade (which do a lot of damage on any mode) before you even get a kill. Normal mode is better for campers cause its that much harder to take them out.

My opinion. :D

No the server wont let ya do that but why dont u modify this rule or option a little bit and make it for example OUTLAWS 1, OUTLAWS 2 and the same with GODS just add numbers behind ur tags and all would be fine :)

I hate the fact the Serious Mode drastically takes down the skill level. Shotgun duels dont take forever if you can aim correctly, you have to actually get close to kill someone not 10 miles away on the other side of the map. 20 Damage per pellet with perfect accuracy is ridiculous. Last Night some guy fell into the lava in Fortress and I pointed down and randomly shot into the lava and I killed him. Just stupid, plain and simple. And yes you get double the ammo. Yesterday I was running around with 200 ammo for shotgun, stupid again. And no normal mode does not make campers better, because you dont get 10 grenades/rockets per pack, and one grenade wont kill you if you have 200 health/100 armor (unlike in serious mode) and they usually wont kill you in one hit (sometimes they do).

I&#39;ve been playing with lag lately, some guy will be pumping lead into to me (while I&#39;m shooting back) and I will hear the "just killed" sound, and my view goes back and forth as if I&#39;ve died, sometimes 3 times.
Kind of like: I&#39;m dead, I&#39;m not dead, I&#39;m dead, I&#39;m not dead.....it must really frustrate the other player when I come back for the third time, and he ends up dieing.

Hey&#33; Don&#39;t misread this, I&#39;m not complaining. Sometimes lag works to my advantage, when it does, I win, when it doesn&#39;t, I stick around and let the other player kick my arse....it&#39;s only fair. Usually when it gets real bad, I get "bad synced" out of the game.
I only leave the game if I absoulutely can&#39;t move.

I think what&#39;s going on there is when there&#39;s lag, your comp will predict where it thinks everyone is going to be but then corrects it when it recieves their actual position. So on your side you shoot where they were predicted to be and for a split second think you killed them, but then you recieve data saying they actually changed direction or jumped in time to dodge and now you see them alive again. Or the other way around, your machine predicts you been killed so it starts playing the death sequence, but a split second later finds out that its prediction was wrong so then you&#39;re back alive.
