its actually a chem workbook we have.

ewwy i used it for an hour tonight. :D

ouch, I used the phone tonight and talked to lovely techy support. Well talked to them for about an hour and was on hold for the other 2.5 hours. Me is so happy now. In the end, had one techy tell me that I fixed it, will see tomarrow if it works.
