Dark Reign

My personal choice would have to be EA Sports. This year they have proven themselves better then Sega with Madden and NCAA College Football 2003, topping Sega's NFL 2k3 and NCAA Football 2k3.
However, they have seemed to lost to Sega in the Basketball section. NBA 2K3 is much more high-quality game the NBA Live, and I'm pretty sure this will be the same with NCAA Basketball 2K3 topping EA's March Maddness 2003.
Hockey? This one is debatable. EA and Sega both can put out good hockey games, sometimes better then another.
Baseball is debatable too, but because Baseball games are boring as hell, noone really cares. However for those who are obsessed, EA's Triple Play 2003 is much better then Sega' Baseball 2K3.
So overall, I would pick EA Sports over Sega Sports, just because EA Sports can prove themselves worthy when put up to the test. Just look at the improvment between Madden 2002 and Madden 2003.
As for Midway, their "Arcade" style of Sports is fun. For a while. But I just see Midway shchlooping out the same old crap with new "features". Blitz 2003 is Blitz 2002, but with the Texans. I haven't played Hitz 2003 yet, but I did play Hitz 2002, and must say it was fun. I've heard Hitz 2003 is fun, but I'm just not buying into it.
Dark Reign Sports is also moving up the ladder. Y'all look for " Ultimate Curling 2004" next year! Don't forget "Gun Element's Ping Pong Challange 2009", and my strongest game " DR's Sportscenter 2036" where you get to listen to non-sensical crap from me talking about sports even though I have no idea what I'm talking about. But since you'll probably read this thread, roll your eyes, and move on, I implore you to vote.
