I play UT2003 Deathball on a daily basis :) mostly all day actually.

I usually play DM online. I'm still trying to get through the ladder with 5 adept bots- keep losing. There isn't enough time in the day to master this game between family, work, Sam, and this addicting forum. :D

I got it,,,,,, but it&#39;s pretty lame,,,, all I will play on is crackaz servers, they got them at 1.35 speed,,, and it is still slower than ser sam,,,,, many of the maps have "brown outs" that will be fixed in the next patch,,, I downloaded the .dll file that was supposed to fix the "brown outs" but it did nothing

I wish I could take a screen shot of the rocket blowing up in UT2003, then show one from sam,,,,, they just do not come close to looking good,,,, sam is like fireworks going off and ut is like a bottle rocket,,,, look at the fire on ut,,,, then look at the flamethrower on sam,,,,,, double the money for a lame engine game

by the way I crank up ALL the settings too,,, the only cool graphics is the gold mirrored stuff in face3,,,, find a map with a sun on it,,,, like marsbase,,,, very tiny flare,,,, on sam it blinds you,,,, the UT engine feels like it&#39;s 5 years old,,,,, unreal II is gonna suck

the one thing that will save UT is the mods,,,, rocket X, the custom tuants, the custom skins, they already have a topless chic skin,,,,, right now I have been playing the hell out the BF 1942 demo,,,, and if they fix the MAJOR bugs i will buy it............

UT maybe once a week.... :blink:

vis, read what I wrote about UT, it just ain&#39;t that good of a game, it was fun for a few days/weeks, then you relize it sucks, it is boring and slow,,,, I think for sam 3 they should hype it more,,,, I bought UT2003 from the hype,,, the mods will make it good I hope,,, so I do not WASTE &#036;40.00,,,, I don&#39;t think I will buy doom III, they are hypeing it to much too..... :)

I bought it because of the hype, looking for something to play when Sam finally dies but it just dosen&#39;t hit the same spot for me&#33; I thought this community was going to die and move on th UT but it didn&#39;t happen so it only comes out once a week.

Try working 12hrs a day 5-6 days a week, then when you sit down to play or chat alittle the wife and kid come calling. I could be doing anything else and they would never bug me but as soon as I sit in front of the computer it&#39;s like "Are you going to sit there all day?" :( Go figure :wacko:
