Hey Machine - can we get a clarification of exactly who is NOT eligible? Some of the mods aren't really involved in the planning and have no control over the outcome. Why don't we just restrict the ineligible people to those who are doing the actual name drawing or those who can in any way affect the outcome of the contest? And no, I'm not suggesting this to become eligible. In fact I don't want to be eligible. I'd just like to see more members have a chance.
