login not..

I have been having this problem for a while. If you check the remember me and it won't, try going in to IE, under tools, and click the security tab. Then click on the restricted sites icon. Move the bar around. Mine was at high, and I couldn't stay logged in. I moved it lower, just guessed and moved it to medium-low, and it worked. I closed down all IE windows and came back here, and was still logged in.

So if you are having problems with the forums remembering you, give that a try.

Mine is on Medium-High and it works. So try moving yours back up a notch.

Also, are you sure that you clicked on the restricted sites icon, the red one, it has a different slide bar for that and other things.

At first I was on the privacy tab because it was the only slider I saw, sorry. Mine is set to custom.

I don't know about that Shogun. I click that, but when I post, it tells me that there is an unread post, but yet, I wrote it, why would I have to view it again.

You don't have any log in issues do you?

Shogun, as for the new messages, there is a link in each board to mark all topics read, try that. After clicking that it should take you to the index board, and the icon for (General for example) will be a little blue color, signifying no new posts. That might help your new posts things.

What probs are you having with logging in?

I keep this site in my favorites file, sometimes it says the page isn&#39;t available, but for the most part, it opens properly. BTW, I only ( Log Out ) when I&#39;ve used my PC at work. B)

If I remember I log out at work, otherwise no one knows about it that has access to a puter.

HPC, the error you get, page can&#39;t be displayed, I think that could be the server that GM is hosted on. Not sure if Sal is thinking about finding a better one or not. At one time he was, but since the new forums were installed, majority of the probs have been solved. I will have to send him a linky, if I can find it still, for a dedicated server, they have huge amount of storage and bandwidth, but I think I deleted the email. whoops lol
