I really need to get rid of a bunch of the useless desktop icons. i usually keep far fewer than that but I recently reinstalled and haven&#39;t gotten around to tidying it up yet (I figured I&#39;d give a few weeks so I only have to do it once)

and in case it looks like a big reddish black smudge, a good gamma curve is vital. that image doesn&#39;t show up well at all on uncalibrated monitors. you can simulate the adjustment with the brightness and contrast controls but since they are both linear, you still get falloff and midtone problems.

Yeah and no lag or freezing either thats whats really great. I have Aol Instant Messager, MSN Messager, Norton Antivirus, Creative volume controll, WinZip, Epson card monitor, Epson Stylus Photo 825, C-Media Mixer, Quicktime, GameCam, Windows update, audio controll, Unplug or eject devise exe, and Windows Media Player all runng at the same time. Then occasionially Photoshop7 and 3ds Max 5 and UT2003 are running at the same time along with the other programs. Then when Im chatting I have my web cam on too and It still hasent locked up or froze or crashed. I love my Computer&#33;
