Ok where do I get the maps that everyone plays and which ones do I need to get.
Also what version is everyone playing?

The weapons damage is different but movement is the same. I like the Desert Temple map that come with it. How about putting the 1.05 patch in and we'll play a game.

Whocares try the eDome links to download from, I find they work best and you don't have to register and stuff. :)

Machine listed some of the good ones that I like best, But there are MANY others to try out, so get busy.

BTW I prefer SS FE to SS SE. :)

I play ss1 quite often but only coop. There are not really good fragmatch servers there. The good ones are always empty when I have time to play :(

Edit: What I really like in ss1 is the odd world mod. U should try this, makes Sam a little faster :D

Ehm... it depends on the map. You can make just as strong jumppads as you want in SEd (Serious Editor), they are just weaker in Desert Temple than in some SS:SE maps. Why? BIGGER MAPS!:)

You can also copy your players folder from SS2 to SS1 so you have all your tags (and aliases. :rolleyes: )

There have been a few discussions about this at Seriously!. I remember one guy posting a screenshot of Hatshepsut with sniper rifle, but he said it was VERY unstable and crashed a lot. So... it would work in theory, but it would crash very often. Besides, it would be illegal. :(

Surely someone could make a remake though.... shouldn't be very hard. :)
